This package provides the display driver for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 users.

This package enables or updates the display function of the following ThinkPad computers:
- ThinkPad A30, A30p
- ThinkPad X22, X23, X24

Notes:
- This version of the Video Features will only work with:
- ThinkPad A30, A30p system BIOS version 1.14 (or higher)
- ThinkPad X22, X23, X24 system BIOS version 1.26 (or higher).
- This Video Features can not be installed without Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 or later. Install the Service Pack first, then install this Video Features to the system.
- This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.

Notes:

This driver cannot be installed without Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 or later. Install the Service Pack first, then try to install this driver to the system.
Update the BIOS in the system to the following levels, if necessary
- ThinkPad A30, A30p BIOS Version 1EET68WW (1.14) or higher.
- ThinkPad X22, X23, X24 BIOS Version 1DET67WW (1.26) or higher.

Start Windows NT 4.0 and logon with administrative privileges.
Extract the video drivers for Windows NT to the hard disk drive.
Click Start and then click Run.
In the Run dialog window, type C:\DRIVERS\WNT\DISPLAY\SETUP.EXE to install the video driver. Click the OK button to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
At the Welcome window click Next.
At the Software License Agreement window, if you agree, click Yes. This will start the installation process.
At the Setup Complete window, put a check mark in Yes, I want to restart my computer now and click Finish.
Restart the system.

III. Determining which version is installed

Click Start, select Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click the Display icon.
Select the Options tab. The Product Version contains the version information.
