1. Download this package, and extract this package onto your hard disk drive.
2. Connect the Ultrabay Plus Device Carrier into the slot which has the Ultrabay Plus Hot/Warm swap function, and start Windows 2000 as an administrator.
3. Windows will automatically start the Found New Hardware Wizard, click Next and select the Search for a suitable driver for my device(recommended) option, then click Next.
4. Select Specify a location option, and click Next.
5. Specify C:\DRIVERS\W2K\UBAYPLUS and click OK
6. Follows the instruction on the screen.

2. Click Start, select Settings, and then click Control Panel
3. Double-click System
4. Select the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager.
5. Click View; then select Device by type.
6. Double-click System devices.
7. Double-click ThinkPad Ultrabay Plus Carriage.
8. Select the Driver tab; then click Update Driver.
9. Click Next.
10. Select the Display a list of known drivers for this device so that I can choose a specific driver option.
11. Click Next.
12. Click Have Disk.
13. Specify C:\DRIVERS\W2K\UBAYPLUS and click OK
14. Select ThinkPad Ultrabay Plus Carriage from the Models list, and click Next.
15. Click Next, and follows the instruction on the screen.
