1. Extract this package to your hard drive.
2. Right-click the desktop and select Properties from the pop up menu.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Click the Advanced button.
5. Select the Monitor tab.
6. Click the Properties button.
7. Select the Driver tab and click the Update Driver button, the Hardware Update wizard starts.
8. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and click the Next button.
9. Select Don't search, I will chose the driver to install and click the Next button.
10. Click the Have Disk button.
11. Click the Browse button.
12. Change the disk directory to C:\Drivers\WIN\MONITOR\WINXP, then click Next.
13. Select IBMTPFLX.INF, click Open, then click OK.
14. Check Show compatible hardware.
15. Select the panel from the list you are currently using.
16. Click Finish, then click Close.
17. Click the Color Management tab.
18. Click Add and select IBMTPFLX.ICM or IBMTPLCD.ICM.
19. Click Add then click Close.

2. Plug and Play Manager detects your new monitor device " ThinkPad LCD Panel", click OK, then click Finish.
3. Change the disk directory to C:\Drivers\WIN\MONITOR\WIN2000, and click Finish, then click Close.
4. Right-click the desktop and select Properties from the pop up menu.
5. Select Settings.
6. Click Advanced.
7. Click Color Management.
8. Click Add and select IBMTPLCD.ICM or IBMTPFLX.ICM.
