Aptiva models that come preinstalled with a Conexant Winmodem running under Microsoft Windows NT 4.

Downloading the update

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

Installing the update

1. Click Start.
2. Click Find.
3. Click Files and folders.
4. Type qq4z03us.exe in the search box.
5. Click Find Now. This will locate the qq4z03us.exe file you just downloaded.
6. Double-click the icon for qq4z03us.exe. The default folder setting should remain C:\DRIVERS\QQ4Z03US.
7. Run the SETUP.EXE program in the C:\DRIVERS\QQ4Z03US folder.
8. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the device driver.
9. Shut down and restart your computer so that the changes take effect.
