  • The Modem on Hold (MoH) function has been tested and shown to work in the United States and Canada. It may not work correctly in other countries.
  • To use MoH and Fast Connect function, you have to run the MoH application first and enable each function:
    1. Click Start and then click Run.
    2. Type C:\Program Files\Itmoh\Itmoh.exe and click OK.
    3. Right-click the MoH icon in the task tray.
    4. Select Modem On Hold Settings.
    5. Check Enable Call Waiting.
    6. Check Enable Fast Connect.
  • Fast Connect function works well if you dial to the same phone number from only one place. Otherwise, it is better to disable Fast Connect function.
