(Fix) Restart may be with the different resolution and display mode from those at setup just after installing graphic display driver.
(Fix) LCD may not be turned off by Fn+F3 while dial-up is active.
(Fix) Display mode may not be changed to CRT only mode by Fn+F7 when CRT is not attached.
Type C:\DRIVERS\W9X\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and then click OK to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Restart the system for the driver to be effective.
Unattended install NOTE: This is for system administrators' use only.
Start Windows 98SE.
Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
Click Start and then click Run.
Type C:\DRIVERS\W9X\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP -S -SMS in the Open box and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
III. Determining which version is installed
Start Windows 98SE.
Click Start, select Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Display.
Select the Setting tab.
Click Advanced.
Select the Intel(R) Graphics Technology tab, and the version number will be displayed.
