Summary of changes
Version 6.14.10.4277
  • (Fix) On SXGA+(1400x1050) LCD model, only Windows left top area appears on LCD if resolution is set to 1280x1024 or higher.
  • (Fix) After creating a new scheme of extended desktop with Presentation Director at the first time , an error message appears on the screen.
  • (Fix) The extended desktop function may not work in high resolution screen mode.
  • (Fix) Screen scroll function may not work correctly on the LCD if both the LCD and external display are enabled and have high resolution screens.
  • (Fix) DVD titles may not be played back on the extended desktop screen.
  • (Fix) (Windows 2000 only) The remote function in Tivoli application shows blank screen on the Windows logon screen.

Installation instructions
Install
Note:
  1. Start Windows 2000/XP and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Extract this package to the hard drive.
  3. Click Start and then click Run.
  4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  6. Click Finish to reboot the system and complete the installation.

Unattended install
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
  1. Start Windows XP and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
  3. Click Start then click Run.
  4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\DISPLAY\GRAPHICS\SETUP.EXE -S -SMS and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Determining which version is installed
Windows 2000
  1. Start Windows 2000.
  2. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Display icon.
  4. Select the Settings tab.
  5. Click the Advanced button.
  6. Select the Intel(R) Graphics Technology tab. The graphics driver version should be listed on this screen.

Windows XP
  1. Start Windows XP.
  2. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Appearance and Themes.
  4. Click Display.
  5. Select Settings.
  6. Click Advanced.
  7. Click Adapter.
  8. Click Properties.
  9. Click Driver. The version number will be displayed.

Limitations
  • The supported maximum refresh rate of the external display is 100 Hz.
  • When you create a profile for the system with the external display attached with using Presentation Director program, attach the external display to the system and enable it before creating the profile.
