1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Uninstall any existing version of RAK keyboard installed on your system.
   1. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
   2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
   3. Select the Rapid Access III keyboard.
   4. Click Add/Remove.
   5. Click Yes.
   6. When the uninstall has completed, select Restart my computer now, then click Finish.
2. Click Start, select Find, then click Files or Folders.
3. Type ge0z24us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the ge0z24us.exe file you just downloaded.
4. Double-click the ge0z24us.exe icon .
5. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
6. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
7. Click Next.
8. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\GE0Z24US.
9. Click Next.
10. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
11. Shutdown and restart your system when the installation is complete.

1. If you are using Windows 2000, make sure you log in as Administrator. If not, skip to the next step.

Note: If using Microsoft Windows XP, ensure the account you are logged in with has computer administrator access. This is usually the first account listed on the login screen.
