This package installs an update to the Microsoft Windows 98SE, NT 4.0, 2000, and XP device driver for the High Rate Wireless LAN adapter.
This document refers to ThinkCentre systems using the High Rate Wireless LAN adapter. This update requires approximately 10MB of space on your hard drive.

- Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
- When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.
Note: You must remove the High Rate Wireless LAN driver on your system prior to installing the update.
- Click Start, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Highlight the High Rate Wireless LAN (PCI) Adapter and then click Change/Remove.
- Click Start, click Shut Down and select Restart.
- Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and folders.
- Type 941z08us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
- Double-click the 941z08us.exe icon.
- Click Next. Read the license agreement.
- Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
- Click Next.
- Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\941Z08US.
- Click Next.
- Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at the end of installation.
