1. Start Windows 2000. Logon with administrative privileges.
2. Download the file to the hard drive.
3. Click Start, then click Run.
4. Click Browse, locate the downloaded file, then click Open. Click OK to extract the file. The file will extract in the directory where the downloaded file is located.
5. Click Start, then click Run.
6. Click Browse, locate the SETUP file in the directory where the files were extracted, then click Open. Click OK to run setup.
   For unattended install, execute SETUP.EXE with the /S option. (For example, [Path where the files were extracted]\SETUP.EXE /S)
7. Follow the instructions on the screen.
   
   

1. Click Start, select All programs, select ThinkVantage, then click Away Manager.
2. Select the About tab. The version will be displayed.
