- (New) Initial release for ThinkPad Z61e, Z61m, and Z61t.
- This driver can be installed using Software Installer, or by following the instructions in the next section. In both cases, please confirm that the driver is correctly installed, by determining the installed driver version as described below.
- Start Microsoft Windows and log on with the user ID authorized as an administrator for Windows 2000.
- Extract this package onto the hard drive.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MULCARD2\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click OK.
Note: For unattended install, type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MULCARD2\SETUP.EXE /zR /s /v/qn in the Open box and click OK.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Start Windows 2000/XP and log on with the user ID authorized as an administrator.
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Select Texas Instruments PCIxx21/x515 drivers.
- Click Change/Remove, then follow the instructions on the screen.
- Start Windows 2000.
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click System.
- Click the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager.
- Expand the PCMCIA and Flash memory devices section.
- Right-click Texas Instruments PCI xx12 Integrated Flash Media Controller, and select Properties.
- Click the Driver tab and verify the driver version.
- Start Windows 2000.
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add / Remove Programs.
- Select Texas Instruments PCIxx21/x515 drivers.
- Click Click here for support information and verify the driver version.
