Version 4.10.47.2
To determine if you should update the utility programs, refer to the "Summary of changes" section.
- Start Windows XP and log on with administrative privileges.
- Extract the Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver files to the hard drive. When the downloaded file is extracted in the local drive, it is located in C:\DRIVERS\WLLANBCM directory by the default.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- In the Open field, type C:\DRIVERS\WLLANBCM\SETUP.EXE and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. If the message, "Digital Signature Not Found" appears, click the OK button to continue installing
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
In the step 4. of the Clean Installation procedure type C:\DRIVERS\WLLANBCM\SETUP.EXE -S in the Open box and click OK.
- Click Start and click Control Panel.
- Select Add\Remove Programs.
- Select Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter.
- Select Change/Remove.
- Device Driver will be uninstalled automatically.
- If needed, restart the system.
