This package provides the Fingerprint reader driver for Microsoft Windows XP users. The install enables or updates the fingerprint function of the following Lenovo systems integrated with the Fingerprint Reader.
Start Windows XP, log on with administrative privileges.
Extract the drivers to the hard drive. When downloaded file is extracted in the local drive, it is located in C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\FPR directory by the default.
Click Start, then click Run.
In the Open field, type ATMinInst.exe in the extracted directory to install the application.
Click OK to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Installation.
