• If Access IBM has been installed, it is required to uninstall Access IBM before installing Help Center.
• It requires ThinkVantage Productivity Center version 2.00 or later to work with ThinkVantage Productivity Center.

1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\WIN\ALRN.
3. For Vista, click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, then click Run...
   For XP and 2000, click Start, then click Run...
4. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
   Example: C:\DRIVERS\WIN\ALRN\SETUP.EXE
   For unattended installation, type 'C:\DRIVERS\WIN\ALRN\SETUP.EXE -S -SMS', and click OK.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
6. Click Finish to reboot the system to complete the installation.

2. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
3. Click Uninstall a program. You will see Uninstall or change a program window.
4. Click Help Center, then click Uninstall/Change.
5. Click Continue on User Account Control.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen and then reboot the computer.
   

XP and 2000

1. For Windows XP, click Start, then click Control Panel.
   For Windows 2000 click Start, select Settings, and then click Control Panel.
   
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
   
3. Click Help Center, then click Change/Remove (or Add/Remove).
   
4. Select Remove or OK, then click Next or OK.
   
5. Follow the instructions on the screen and then reboot the computer.

4. Click Organize, click Layout, then select Details Pane (Details Pane might be already selected)
   You will see the version information on the pane below
