1. Start Windows Vista, XP and logon with administrative privileges.
2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
   The default location is C:\DRIVERS\VISTA\TCHPSY
3. For Windows Vista, click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories then click Run...
   For Windows XP, click Start, then click Run...
4. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2, and click OK.
   EXAMPLE: C:\DRIVERS\VISTA\TCHPSY\SETUP.EXE
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
2. Click Programs and Features.
3. Click Synaptics Pointing Device Driver then click Uninstall.
4. Follow the instructions for uninstallation process.

Windows XP

1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Click Synaptics Pointing Device Driver then click Change/Remove.
4. Follow the instructions for uninstallation process.
