This package installs or updates the Conexant Modem driver for Microsoft Windows XP.
The following 3000 Family notebooks are supported:
- 3000 N200 (type 0687)

Version 7.60.0.0
- (New) Initial release for the 3000 N200 (type 0687), V200.
- Start Windows.
- Logon with administrative privileges.
- Extract this package onto the hard drive.
The default location is C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Specify SEUP32M.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3, and click OK.
Example: C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\SETUP32M.EXE
- Follow the setup program.
- After system reboot, the Modem driver will be installed properly.
Note: This is for system administrators use only.
- Start Windows XP, logon with administrative privileges.
- Extract the drivers to the hard disk drive.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Type C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\setup32m.exe -s and click OK.
- Start Windows.
- Logon with administrative privileges.
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Select Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP and click Uninstall.
- If needed, restart the system.
