Manual Install

1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\Vista\TCHPSY.
3. Click Start, then click All Programs.
4. Click Accessories, then click Run...
5. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK. Example: C:\DRIVERS\Vista\TCHPSY\SETUP.EXE
6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
7. Click Finish to reboot the system to complete the installation.

Unattended Install

Note: This is for system administrators' use only.

1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\Vista\TCHPSY.
3. Click Start, then click All Programs.
4. Click Accessories, then click Run...
5. Specify SETUP.EXE -s -sms with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK. Example: C:\DRIVERS\Vista\TCHPSY\SETUP.EXE -s -sms
6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
7. Click Finish to reboot the system to complete the installation.
   

1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
2. Click System and Maintenance, then click System.
3. Click Device Manager.
4. Click the + sign in front of the Mice and other pointing devices category.
5. Double-click 'ThinkPad UltraNav Pointing Device'
6. Click the 'Driver' tab. Then you will see the Driver Version.
