II. Diagnostics procedure
- Power off the system.
- Insert the PC-Doctor DOS diskette into the diskette drive and power on the system.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
NOTE: PC-Doctor DOS provides some benchmark tests, for example, a test to indicate how much battery power remains. Results of such tests might differ from the specifications provided in the user's guide and catalog. The results vary depending on the testing method and the testing environment, and the results are not guaranteed.
III. Determining which version is installed
- Select Quit menu by keyboard or mouse
- Select About. Version (ex. 2.0.1092) will appear.
IV. Known Limitations
For ThinkPad X20/X21 users only
Before starting PC-Doctor DOS, Power Management settings must be changed by the BIOS Setup Utility as follows:

Suspend timer [Disabled]
LCD off timer [Disabled]
