Hard disk drive removal - ThinkPad A21e, A22e (2655)

This document contains instructions for removing and installing the hard disk drive on your ThinkPad A21e (2655) system.
Removing the hard disk drive
- Remove battery pack
- Remove the coin screw by rotating it counter clockwise as indicated by 1 in the illustration below.
- Pull the head of connector of the hard disk drive to remove the drive as indicated by 2 in the illustration below.
When removing the hard disk drive, open the LCD a little as shown in the figure.
Installation is the reverse of the above procedure. |
