This package installs an Intel IDE BusMaster driver for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 on your IBM NetVista systems with the Intel 82371FB, 82371SB, 82371AB, 82371EB, 82371MB, 82801AA, and 82801AB ATA storage controllers. This update takes approximately 2MB of space on your hard disk (C:) drive.
This package is intended for use with IBM NetVista 2289, 6290, 6824, 6826, 8181, 8182, 8301, 8303, 8304, 8305, 8306, 8307, 8308, 8309, 8310, 8311, 8312, 8313, 8314, 8315, 8317, 8318, and 8319 systems.

Downloading the update
- Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
- When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.
Extracting the update
- Click Start, select Find, then click Files and folders.
- Type pz2z27us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the pz2z27us.exe file you just downloaded.
- Double-click the pz2z27us.exe icon.
- Click Next.
- Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
- Click Next.
- Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\PZ2Z27US.
- Click Next.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
Verifying correct installation
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Double-click SCSI Adapters.
- Click the Devices tab. IntelATA or Intel Ultra ATA Controller should be displayed.
