Installation Guide HOW TO DETERMINE WHAT VERSION IS INSTALLED:
1. Start and logon Windows NT.
2. Click on 'Start' -> 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel'.
3. Double-click on the 'Display' icon.
4. Select on the 'Settings' tab.
5. Click on the 'Display Type...' button.
The version is displayed in the version number of Driver Information section.
HOW TO INSTALL THE DRIVER:
1. Start Windows NT 4.0 and logon with administrative privilege.
2. Extract the drivers to the hard drive.
3. Click on 'Start' -> 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel'.
4. Double-click on the 'Display' icon.
5. Select on the 'Settings' tab.
6. Click on the 'Display Type...' button.
7. Click on the 'Change...' button.
8. Click on the 'Have Disk...' button.
9. Type " C:\DRIVERS\WNT\DISPLAY " and click on 'OK'. Or specify the full path you extracted in the step 2 and click on 'OK'. The video driver list appears.
10. Windows NT finds ' NeoMagic MagicGraph 128XD ' then click on 'OK'.
11. Click on the 'Yes' button to confirm that you are installing a third-party driver.
12. Click on 'OK' when you are prompted to restart.
13. Click on 'Close' to close the 'Display Type' window.
14. Click on 'Close' to close the 'Display Properties' window.
15. Click on 'Yes' and restart the computer to make the driver effective.
--- After Restart ---
16. Click on 'OK', when the 'Invalid Display Settings' message appears.
17. 'Display Properties' window appears. Select your screen parameter from the color palette, desktop area, and refresh frequency.
18. Click on the 'Test' button and make sure the selected mode is displayed correctly on the screen.
19. Click on the 'OK' button in the 'Display Properties' window.
