The IBM Easy Launch buttons enables or updates the Easy Launch buttons functions of the following ThinkPad computers:
File Name: utezkr14 is only for:
- ThinkPad i Series 1400 (Machine Type 2621)
File Name: utezkr15 is only for:
- ThinkPad i Series 1500 (Machine Type 2651)

II. Installation instructions
- Start Windows 98/2000/Me/XP. If using Windows 2000/XP, log on with a user ID authorized as an administrator.
- Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\EASYKEY\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click the OK button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
III. Determining which version is installed
- Click Start, point to Settings , then click Control Panel .
- Double-click the IBM Easy Launch Button 's icon.
- Click the Control Menu icon which is in the top left-hand side corner of the window.
- Select About IBM Easy Launch buttons Customization Utility from the pull down menu.
- The file version information will be displayed in the window.
