Accessing a specific product's Statement of Limited Warranty
Choose a brand from the IBM Support Home site (which can be accessed by clicking the Support Home link on the yellow navigation bar). The screen refreshes and the Brand and Family drop-down lists appear. The Brand list will already display the brand you chose on the Support Home page.
Choose a family from the Family drop-down list. The screen refreshes and the Machine type drop-down list appears.
Choose a machine type from the Machine type drop-down list. The screen refreshes and the Model drop-down list appears.
Choose a model from the Model drop-down list. The screen refreshes and displays a list of Hot News documents for the model you chose.
Click the Product information link on the left-hand navigation bar. The screen refreshes and displays a list of product information documents for the model you chose.
Scroll through the list of documents until you find the Statement of Limited Warranty document. Click the title of the document to access it.
Note: You can click the Product information link after completing any step from 2 through 4. However, if you click this link before you choose from the Model list, you will have to scroll through a larger list of documents to find your Statement of Limited Warranty.
