Considerations for Windows 95/98 - ThinkPad T20

The following operating systems support the ThinkPad T20:

  • Windows 98 Second Edition
  • Windows 98
  • Windows 95

Operating systems other than those preinstalled on the systems may not provide full-feature functionality.

  • While playing an MPEG1 video, if you attempt to play an MPEG2 video, there will be no video overlay for the MPEG2. If it is necessary to run simultaneous videos, start the MPEG2 video first.
  • The DVD player GUI will be pink when playing on an external TV in 256 color mode. This can be avoided by choosing a different color mode.
