II. Installation instructions for Windows 98

1. Start Windows 98
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Double-click the System icon to open Device Manager.
4. Find the keyboard icon and double-click it.
5. Select the Driver tab.
6. Click Update Driver.
7. Choose Display a list of all the drivers in a specific locaton, so that you can choose a specific driver.
8. Click Next.
9. Choose Have Disk.
10. Guide the wizard to Standard(101/102) keyboard with IBM Easy Launch buttons.
11. Follow the operation of IBM Easy Launch buttons setup.

III. Installation instructions for Windows 2000

1. Start Windows 2000 Log on with a User ID of Administrator.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Double-click the Keyboard icon.
4. Select Hardware.
5. Click Properties.
6. Select Driver.
7. Click Update Driver.
8. Choose Display a list of the know drivers for this device, so that you can choose a specific driver.
9. Click Next.
10. Choose Have Disk.
11. Guide the wizard to Standard(101/102) keyboard with IBM Easy Launch buttons.
12. Follow the operation of IBM Easy Launch buttons setup.

III. Determining which version is installed

1. Click Start, point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click IBM Easy Launch buttons icon.
3. Click the control menu icon which is top left hand side corner of the window.
4. Choose About IBM Easy Launch buttons Customization Utility in the pull down menu.
5. Then file version information will be displayed in the window.
