Modem ring driver I for Windows Me - ThinkPad 1400

The Modem Ring Driver Package enables or updates the Modem Ring wake up function of the following ThinkPad computers:
- ThinkPad i Series 1400

NOTE: This driver will now automatically extract to your hard disk drive. It will only extract under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, and Windows 2000.

II. Installation instructions
If a previous version of the Modem Ring is installed, it must be removed prior to installation.
- Turn on your computer, and then logon to Windows Me.
- Locate the downloaded Modem Ring for Windows Me package and double-click to extract the setup files to your hard disk drive.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Type C:\default_subdirectory\SETUP.EXE in the Open box, where C:\default_subdirectory is the path to the files you extracted in the previous step.
- Press Enter key after providing the correct path.
- Click Yes to install the device. The installation has completed.
- Click Yes to restart your computer in order to take effect the new settings.
