Video driver II (SMI Lynx) for Windows 98 - ThinkPad 1200, 1300

This package provides the display driver for Microsoft Windows 98 users. This package enables or updates the display function of the following ThinkPad computers:
- ThinkPad i Series 1200 Machine Type
1161 - 11x, 41x, 46N, 51x, 56N, 61x, 66N, 71x, 91x
- ThinkPad i Series 1300 Machine Type
1171 - 2AU, 21U, 61F, 61G, 61M, 61U, 71U, 81G, 81M, 81U, 91F, 91U
- ThinkPad 130 1171 - 51J, 61J, 71J, 81J
This program is language independent and can be used with any language system. |

II. Installation instructions
- Start Windows 98.
- Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
- Click Start, then clck Run.
- Type C:\DRIVERS\W98\DISPLAY\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click the OK button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Restart the system for the driver to be effective.
NOTE: If you prefer unattended installation, use SETUP.EXE /S command at step 4.
III. Determining which version is installed
- Start Windows 98
- Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
- Open the Display icon.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Advanced button
- Click the Adapter tab, and then it will show the version number.
