Considerations for Windows 2000 - ThinkPad A21m

This document contains known considerations when using Microsoft Windows 2000 on your ThinkPad A21m.

  • Multifunction PC cards, boot from PC card HDDs, and ZV cards are not supported with Windows 2000 Professional.
  • When using an IBM PC token-ring card, use the token-ring device driver IBM provides, not the Microsoft PC Card token-ring driver.
  • (Japan only) SDLC modem PC Card is supported on Windows 2000 with PCOMM Version 5
