II. Installation instructions
Upgrade install OR Uninstall:

1. Start Windows Me.
2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
3. Click Start, then clck Run.
4. Type in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MODEM\LTREMOVE.EXE in the Open box and click OK.
5. Follow the instructions. The system will restart.
6. If upgrade installation, follow the steps in Clean Install section described below.

Clean Install:

1. Start Windows Me.
2. If you have not already, extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
3. Click Start, then clck Run.
4. Type in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MODEM\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click OK.
5. When Modem installer runs, click OK, then the driver will be installed automatically.

III. Determining which version is installed

1. Start Windows Me.
2. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click the Modem icon.
4. Click Diagnostics tab.
5. Select COM port which Lucent Win Modem is installed.
6. Click More Info.
7. The version will be displayed.
