Access IBM online User's Guide for Windows - ThinkPad X21

This package provides the software support for the IBM Access ThinkPad Online Users Guide.

This release supports the following system:
- ThinkPad X21

Supported Operating Systems:
- Microsoft Windows 95 OSR2 or later
- Microsoft Windows 98/Me
- Microsoft Windows NT/2000

Note: This is the same software that shipped with the system and does not provide enhancements or updates to the existing software.
Downloadable tools are also available for enterprise customers so that they can customize Access IBM by adding content for their company's specific needs.

Installation notes
  1. Before installing the Access ThinkPad package, you must download and install the ThinkPad Configuration Utility for Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me/2000 or Windows NT.
  2. Also required is the ThinkPad Hot Key Utility.
  3. The above steps are needed to activate the "ThinkPad" button. This button will launch Access ThinkPad if it is available on your system.

Installation instructions
Install
  1. Start Windows 95/98 or Windows 2000. If using Windows 2000 logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Extract the driver onto the hard disk drive. The default Extract directory is C:\DRIVERS\ATP_PKG
  3. Change to this directory and execute SETUP.EXE.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Uninstall
  1. Start Windows 95/98 or Windows 2000. If using Windows 2000 logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  4. Select ThinkPad Assistant.
  5. Click the Change/Remove button.
  6. Restart the system
