Microsoft USB Natural Keyboard Elite and Windows XP Service Pack 2 - ThinkPad A30p, T23

Symptom
With Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, the Microsoft USB Natural Keyboard Elite can not be recognized after waking up from standby mode. A bubble that 'USB Device Not Recognized' pops up in system tray area. Please see the following figure.

Solution
Unplug the USB keyboard from the system, then plug it back in.
