A few dots are missing, discolored, or inappropriately lighted
"CHECK SIGNAL CABLE" message is shown and power indicator is steady amber
Hum is heard right after power is turned on
Image appears to be discolored
Image appears to be smeared
Picture is flickering
Picture is fuzzy
Screen image is not centered or sized properly
Screen is blank and power indicator is flashing green
White lines show red or blue shadows at edges
