ThinkPad Advanced UltraBay Batter

The ThinkPad Advanced Ultrabay Battery (40Y6789) features:

  • Lithium-Polymer technology
  • Three cell rechargeable bay battery that operates and recharges in Ultrabay
  • Extended unplugged usage time
  • Output voltage: 10.8 V dc (nominal)
  • Battery Performance Amp-Hour: 2.7Ah
  • Battery Performance Watt-Hour: 29Wh

Note: When operating on ac power, the system battery will be recharged first, then the Ultrabay battery.

Warranty

1 year Limited – customer carry-in exchange

  • Availability Date: September 2005
  • Withdrawn from Marketing Date: June 2008
