Installation instructions

  1. Start Windows and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
  3. Click Start and then click Run.
  4. Click the Browse button.
  5. Select the folder where the package was extracted.
  6. Select Setup.exe.
  7. Click the Open button.
    For Unattended Install, execute Setup.exe with the -S -SMS options.
    (Path where the files were extracted)\SETUP -S -SMS
  8. Click OK.
  9. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Uninstall instructions

  1. Start Windows, logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Start and click Control Panel.
  3. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  4. Select Help Center then click Change/Remove.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.


Determining which version is installed

  1. Start Windows, logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Start and click Control Panel.
  3. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  4. Select Help Center.
  5. Click Click here for support information link. The version information will be displayed on the screen.
