Supported systems
This package enables or updates the utility programs of the following system:
  • 3000 C100

Summary of changes

  • (Fix) Cannot shutdown after logoff/logon

Version 0.0.0.11

  • (New) Initial release for 3000 C100

Installation instructions
  1. Logon to Windows XP with a User ID of Administrator.
  2. Extract this package by double-clicking the downloaded file.
  3. The default extract location is c:\ibmtools\drivers\lpm
  4. Click Start, then click Run.
  5. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2 above, then click OK.
  6. The device driver wizard will be launched.
  7. Click Next.
  8. When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.

Unattended install: This procedure is intended for system administrator use only.

  1. Logon to Windows XP with a User ID of Administrator.
  2. Extract this package by double-clicking the downloaded file. The default extract location is c:\ibmtools\drivers\lpm.
  3. From a command prompt, navigate to the driver location.
  4. Type SETUP.EXE -S and press Enter.

Uninstall
  1. Logon to Windows XP with a User ID of Administrator.
  2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Select PM Driver.
  5. Click Change/Remove.
  6. Click OK.
  7. When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.

Determining which version is installed
  1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Select PM Driver.
  4. Select Click here for support information. The driver version will be displayed.
