This package provides the modem driver for Microsoft Windows Vista users. The modem driver enables or updates the modem function for Conexant modems on the following systems:

Version 7.60.0.0
- (New) Initial release for the 3000 N200 (type 0687), V200
- Logon to Windows Vista with administrative privileges.
- Extract this package by double-clicking the downloaded file.
The default extract location is C:\DRIVERS\VISTA32\HDAMODEM
- Click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, then click Run...
- Specify "SETUP32M.EXE" with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2, and click OK.
Example: C:\DRIVERS\VISTA32\HDAMODEM\SETUP32M.EXE
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Click Finish to complete the installation and restart the system if necessary.
Note: This is for system administrators use only.
- Logon to Windows Vista with administrative privileges.
- Extract this package by double-clicking the downloaded file.

- Click Finish to complete the installation and restart the system if necessary.
- Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
- Click Start, click Control Panel, then click Programs.
- Under Programs and Features, click Uninstall a program.
- Right-click Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP and select Uninstall.
- When prompted, click Yes.
- When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.
