- Technology preview release
Limitations of version 1.0.0006 (Technology Preview version)
- English only. Other languages aren't yet fully translated
- For tablet users, if the system is switched to tablet mode while SimpleTap is open, some tiles may go off the screen. To resolve, close and then re-open SimpleTap.
- This release has issues with large numbers of tiles. Please use less than 25 tiles.
- This release has issues with non-default screen resolutions and DPI settings. Please use Windows default screen resolution and DPI settings.
- Pressing Alt-F4 may close the SimpleTap red launch point. To restart it, type SimpleTap in the start menu.
- Log on to your system using an operating system account with administrative privileges.
- Run simpletapsetup.exe if your operating system is 32-bit, or run simpletapsetup64.exe if your operating system is 64-bit
- Click Start and then click Control Panel.
- Click Programs.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Select Lenovo SimpleTap.
- Click Uninstall.
- Click Yes to proceed.
- Click Start and then click Control Panel.
- Click Programs.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Select Lenovo SimpleTap.
- Scroll to the right to view the Version column.
