Affected configurations
Aptiva models that come preinstalled with a Conexant Winmodem running under Microsoft Windows NT 4.
Downloading the update
- Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
- When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.
Installing the update
- Click Start.
- Click Find.
- Click Files and folders.
- Type qq4z03us.exe in the search box.
- Click Find Now. This will locate the qq4z03us.exe file you just downloaded.
- Double-click the icon for qq4z03us.exe. The default folder setting should remain C:\DRIVERS\QQ4Z03US.
- Run the SETUP.EXE program in the C:\DRIVERS\QQ4Z03US folder.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the device driver.
- Shut down and restart your computer so that the changes take effect.
