This package installs an application-device driver to properly power off the system when the power switch is pressed. This update is intended for NetVista 6568-xx, 6569-xx, 6578-xx, 6579-xx, 6648-xx, and 6649-xx systems preloaded with Microsoft Windows 95 or 98. This update requires less than 1 MB of space on your hard disk (drive C).

Downloading the update
- Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
- When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.
Installing the update
- Click Start -> Find -> Files and folders.
- Type d53z03us.exe in the search box, then click Find Now. This will locate the d53z03us.exe file you just downloaded.
- Double-click the icon for d53z03us.exe. The default folder setting should remain C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\D53Z03US.
- Click Next.
- Click I Agree.
- Click Finish.
- Click Yes.
- Click OK.
- Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at the end of installation.
