Downloading the update

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

Extracting the update

1. Click Start, select Search, then click File or Folders.
2. Type e75z22us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the e75z22us.exe file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the icon for e75z22us.exe.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\E75Z22US.
8. Click Next
9. Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at the end of installation.

Manually installing the update

1. Click Start, then Settings, then click Control Panel.
   
2. Double-click the Display icon.
   
3. Click the Settings tab.
   
4. Click the Advanced button.
   
5. Click the Adapter tab.
   
6. Click the Properties button.
   
7. Click the Driver tab.
   
8. Click the Update Driver button.
   
9. Click Next.
   
10. Click Next.
11. Ensure that "Specify a Location" check box has been selected.
    
12. Click Next.
    
13. In the "Copy Manufacturer's files from:" dialog field, enter C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\E75Z22US.
    
14. Click OK.
    
15. Click the "Install one of the other drivers" check box.
    
16. Click Next.
    
17. Select the NVIDIA driver from the list.
    
18. Click Next.
    
19. Click Finish.
    
20. Click Close. Windows 2000 will ask you to restart.
21. Click Yes.
