Installation instructions
  1. Start Windows Vista, XP and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
    The default extract location is C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\LPM
  3. For Windows Vista, click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, then click Run...
    For Windows XP, click Start, then click Run...
  4. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2 above, and click OK.
    Example: C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\LPM\SETUP.EXE
    Note: For unattended installation, run SETUP.EXE with the command line flag as follows: SETUP.EXE -S Example: C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\LPM\SETUP.EXE -S
  5. When prompted, click Next.
  6. When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.

Uninstall
Windows Vista
  1. Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Start, click Control Panel, then click Programs.
  3. Under Programs and Features, click Uninstall a program.
  4. Right-click PM Agent v1.0.0.8 and select Uninstall.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.

Windows XP

  1. Logon to Windows XP with a User ID of Administrator.
  2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Select PM Driver.
  5. Click Change/Remove.
  6. Click OK.
  7. When prompted to restart your computer, click Yes, then click Finish.

Determining which version is installed
Windows XP
  1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Select PM Driver.
  4. Click Click here for support information. The driver version will be displayed.
