This package installs an updated Synaptics touch pad driver for Microsoft Windows Vista.

Version 9.0.3.0
- (New) Initial release for the 3000 V100
- Start Windows Vista and log on with administrative privileges.
- Extract the Synaptics touch pad files to the hard disk drive. When downloaded file is extracted in the local drive, it is located in C:\DRIVERS\VISTA\TCHPSY directory by the default.
- Click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, then click Run...
- In the Open field, type SETUP.EXE in the extracted directory to install the application. Click NEXT to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Installation.
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
- Start Windows Vista and log on with administrative privileges.

- Start Windows Vista and logon with administrative privileges.
- Click Start, click Control Panel, then click Programs.
- Under Programs and Features, click Uninstall a program.
- Right-click Synaptics Pointing Device Driver and select Uninstall.
- Click Continue.
