Version 2.38

(New) Support for ThinkPad W700ds.
(Fix) On Japanese Vista 64-bit, Fn+F9 function key does not work. (This problem only occurs on version 2.37)

Installation instructions

Start Windows Vista, XP, 2000 and logon with administative privileges.
Extract this package onto the hard drive.
For Windows XP, 2000, Click Start, then click Run.
For Windows Vista, click Start, then click Start Search.
Type [Program Path]\SETUP, and click OK. Program Path is the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
Follow the instructions on the screen.

Notes:

If you have ThinkPad Configuration version 1.30 or earlier installed, uninstall it and reboot first before installing this package. Then install the following packages:
From Version 2.00, default installation folder name and modules were changed. If you already installed a previous version, you need to update all of the following packages as well.
If you need to uninstall a previous version, reboot the system before installing the newer version.

Silent installation guide (for unattended installation support)

Note: This is for system administrators' use only.

When you type [Program Path]\SETUP in the above installation guide, add -S -SMS parameter to SETUP. (You will need to type [Program Path]\SETUP -S -SMS in Run... )

Determining which version is installed

Start EasyEject Utility. The main screen will be displayed.
Select About EasyEject system menu. The version will be displayed.
