• Up to 6x (8310 KB/sec) Max when reading DVD media
• Adherance to DVD-Multi specifications to provide playback compatibility across all seven DVD Recordable formats: DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, DVD+R, DVD+R DL, and DVD+RW and writes to CD-R and CD-RW.

Note: Requires appropriate media. Some CD-R media supports storage of up to 700 MB. CD and DVD drives list maximum rates; rates are variable and are often less than the maximum possible.
