PC Camera Driver for Windows XP - 3000 C200, N100 |
This package provides the PC Camera Driver for Microsoft Windows XP users. The USB 2.0 PC Camera Driver enables or updates the Camera function of the following computers:
- 3000 C200
- 3000 N100
This driver updates the following PC Cameras:

- (Fix) Fixed small memory leak occurred on icon tray with LiteOn camera device.
Version 5.4.11.5/5.5.1.22
To determine if you should update the utility programs, refer to the "Summary of changes" section.
- Start Windows.
- Logon with administrative privileges.
- Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location is C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA
- Click Start.
- Click Run.
- Specify WebcamInstall.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3, and click OK.
Example: C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA\WebcamInstall.EXE
- Follow the directions displayed. If the message, "Digital Signature Not Found" appears, click OK to continue installing.
- Restart the system.
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
In the step 4. of the Clean Installation procedure type C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\CAMERA\WebcamInstall.EXE -S in the Open box and click OK.
- Start Windows.
- Logon with administrative privileges.
- Click Start, and select Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Select USB2.0 PC Camera (xxxx).
- Click Change/Remove.
- Restart the system.
