Power management driver for Windows Vista - Lenovo N200 (type 0769) |
This package installs the software (power management driver) to enable the Lenovo Power Management function.
If the power management driver has been previously installed, updating the power management driver will fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.

- (Fix) Hotkey Utility does not work on and after June 3, 2007.
Version 0.63.1.5
- (New) Support for 3000 N200 (type 0769)
- Start Windows.
- Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\Vista\LPM
- Click Start, select All programs, select Accessories, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
- Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
Example: C:\DRIVERS\Vista\LPM\SETUP.EXE
- The "Installshield" window is displayed, click Next to install the driver.
- If needed, restart the system.
Note: This is for system administrators use only.
- Start Windows.
- Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\Vista\LPM
- Click Start, select All programs, select Accessories, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
- Specify SETUP.EXE /S with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
Example: C:\DRIVERS\Vista\LPM\SETUP.EXE /S
- The device driver will be installed automatically.
- If needed, restart the system.
- Start Windows.
- Click Start, and select Control Panel.
- Click Uninstall a program under Programs and Features.
- Select PM Driver.
- Click Uninstall, click Continue when the User Account Control dialog is displayed, then click OK.
- The utility will be uninstalled automatically, click Finish to restart system.
Note: If you see the "Files in Use" dialog for PMHandler.exe when you uninstall the package, go to Task Manager and stop PMHandler.exe then click "Retry" on the dialog.
