ATI RAID driver for Windows XP - ThinkCentre A61

This package installs an updated version of the Microsoft Windows XP device driver for the ATI RAID controller that comes on the following systems:

• ThinkCentre A61 (type 9120, 9127, 9126, 9128, 9129, 9130, 9134, 9135, 9136, 9137, 9139, 9140, 9141, 9142, 9143, 9144, 9156, 9157, 9158, 9169, 9171, 9189, 9191)

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Click Start, click Search, then click All files and folders.
2. Type q5rad01us13.exe in the search field, then click Search. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the q5rad01us13.exe icon.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\Raid\q5rad01us13.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish.

When installing the operating system on a system configured for RAID or AHCI mode, the user must first pre-install AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Driver using the F6 installation method.

Note: AHCI/RAID drivers can not be installed or enabled after the operating system is installed.
