- Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
- When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.
- If you update the AMT Firmware, you can NOT downgrade to the previous version.
- Make sure the Management Engine Interface Driver is installed on the system.
- During the update process, do NOT allow your system to power off.
- This tool supports Windows XP SP2, x64, PE, Vista.
- If you use LANDesk Management Suit to manage your AMT clients, it is strongly recommend you install the patch CR20525-88 on your server, you can get this patch from: http://community.landesk.com/downloads/ServicePack/LD-88-AMT-CR20525-88.zip, LDMS SP3 will also be included in this patch.

- Run fw3.2.3.1037.exe from the Windows Start Menu.
- In Vista, if the "User Account Control" window appears, please select "Allow". The update will take several minutes to complete.
- After the update is complete, turn the shut down the system and disconnect the power cord for at least 15 seconds.
